Pay Per Lead
What if you have a problem with a lead we sell you?
We are already dealing with them!
If, once the identity of the lead is revealed, you find the opportunity is one which you are already engaged on then ITTS will offer a full refund on submission of detailed evidence that significant correspondence has taken place with the target in the previous month to receiving the lead. The lead will then be made available for auction once again.
When we called them the situation was significantly different to that portrayed by the lead!
If the difference identified is significant and to the detriment of the opportunity then ITTS will investigate with the target company. If the severity of the discrepancy is significant the full cost of the lead will be refunded.
When we called them, they refused to allow us to bid!
We would stress that if the information passed to you in the lead report was accurate at the time it was issued then that validates the transaction – obviously all manner of events can happen after this point that are out of our control. The deal value may well double in which case we certainly couldn't go back to you and ask to increase the price you paid for the lead but nor would a refund seem fair in light of an organisation ruling that it had decided not to allow you to participate.
We bid but the project has now been cancelled!
Again, this would have to be a risk borne by your organisation.
