Sales Researcher Role
The position requires candidates who have significant experience of IT sales, marketing, pre-sales or an IT/business consultancy role with a supplier of high value business solutions.
We believe this position may appeal to IT Sales, Marketing or Consultancy professionals for a number of reasons:
- For those seeking a longer term alternative to running a territory (with all the incumbent stress of forecasts, targets and driving that goes with it) we can provide a role that whilst stimulating and demanding will remove the facets of the sales role that are often most disliked.
- If a candidate is seeking a short or medium term position whilst they identify the next major challenge of their career then we can provide an effective staging post whilst at the same time enabling them to generate a reasonable income.
It should be made clear that this is a non territory role and does not involve selling for ITTS or any other company - the key is that we need staff who have had the experience of having sold IT solutions but who wish to be considered for this alternative use of their skills and experience.

Tele Researcher Description
Tele Researchers are required to work on behalf of major blue chip clients carrying out first rate project work in the main involving seminar fulfilment and detailed questionnaires. Tele Researchers must produce accurate, high quality information to the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities include, attendee generation to seminars and market research using scripted questionnaires. You will be required to carry out work using Microsoft XP, with Office XP, Access database, Outlook, Word and any other software that may be deemed necessary for client projects.
Ideally all Tele Researchers should have basic knowledge of using a PC with experience of telephone sales or research.

Telemarketing Agent Description
Working as part of the Telemarketing Team you will be required to perform
a variety of tasks to procure information via the telephone
regarding the IT industry.
Telemarketers must produce accurate, high quality information to the satisfaction
of our clients attaining the targets set for talk time, dialiling
& quality of work.
Responsibilities include list cleaning & building new contacts, attendee generation to seminars and market research using scripted questionnaires. You will be required to carry out work using Microsoft XP, with Office XP, Access database, Outlook and Word.
Ideally all Telemarketers should have basic knowledge of using a PC with some experience of telephone work.
