Tele-Researchers work on behalf of major IT clients carrying out first rate project work involving seminar fulfilment and detailed questionnaires. This is carried out by telephone interviews and followed up by writing detailed reports of the dialogue. Because of this, Tele-Researchers need to have good standards of written and spoken English
You will work on pre-sales discussions and market research using structured questionnaires, attendee generation and the discussion of benefits of attendance to seminars and events. Tele-Researchers will use, on a daily basis, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The position requires candidates who have significant experience of IT sales, marketing, pre-sales or an IT/business consultancy role with a supplier of high value business solutions.

- For those seeking a longer term alternative to running a territory (with all the incumbent stress of forecasts, targets and driving that goes with it) we can provide a role that whilst stimulating and demanding will remove the facets of the sales role that are often most disliked.
- If a candidate is seeking a short or medium term position whilst they identify the next major challenge of their career then we can provide an effective staging post whilst at the same time enabling them to generate a reasonable income.
It should be made clear that this is a non territory role and does not involve selling for ITTS or any other company – the key is that we need staff who have had the experience of having sold IT solutions but who wish to be considered for this alternative use of their skills and experience.

If you have all of the above skills and are also able to natively speak other major languages then we are particularly interested in speaking to you. Our coverage of other geographies is increasing all the time and so we are especially keen to speak to candidates with business level or native French, German, Italian, and Spanish as well as any other languages. Fluent English is a prerequisite in all cases.
