Delegate Management

At ITTS we manage and administer over 10,000 event registrations across 250 events per annum for a variety of IT clients. We provide a comprehensive range of services allowing our clients to fully outsource event delegate management completely risk free.

Event briefing document outlining objectives and any particular issues raised regarding the event, the agenda or the venue.

Data Management
Sourcing of target data, contact cleaning and identification. Mailshot management and execution.

Registration Handling
Inbound Registration via dedicated phone line, fax, email, website or response card. Logging of delegate details, confirmation of attendance and issue of registration packs. Reminder call so as to reinforce attendance. Production of name badges and issuing of list of final attendees.

Project Management
Daily update on registrations. Co-ordination of telemarketing if required to generate attendees. Updating of database after the event and production of a final management report.

Venue Support
Venue based registration provided by our event support team. Provision of bar code reading facilities if necessary.
