Over the years we have continually invested in our infrastructure to improve the effectiveness of our services.
Based in Altrincham, close to Manchester Airport, we recently moved into a new purpose built £1.6m facility. Our new contact centre is designed to improve the working environment for our staff and help increase their productivity.
Supported by a fully integrated outbound/inbound call management system you can be assured our time is spent talking to your customers. Our technology platform is designed so that we can integrate where necessary with our clients CRM systems and we have direct experience of working with Siebel, Vantive and Salesforce.com.
