How we started

ITTS was established by Mike Kendal, the Managing Director, back in 1992 after recognising a niche for a quality provider of IT sales leads. From the beginning, Mike’s intention was to build a lead generation business which was focused exclusively on the IT industry and which employed experienced IT sales people to take on telephone based sales roles to deliver better results than the competition.

ITTS has grown steadily over the years and seen our client base expand year on year. Today, ITTS employs over 50 people and is recognised as the leading provider of lead generation services for IT vendors.

Based in Altrincham, close to Manchester Airport, we occupy a purpose built £2m contact centre facility.
